Shifting Sands: On the Path to Sustainability, the documentary produced locally by long-time Indiana Dunes environmentalist Lee Botts, will be released on 82 public television stations nationwide on Sunday, Aug. 14. The documentary shows how the influential environmental battles fought over the Dunes offer a blueprint for a more sustainable future and showcases the region as a catalyst of American conservation, industrialization, and environmental policy.
