Soon people from as far as California, New York and Florida will know the story of the Indiana Dunes.
“Shifting Sands: On the Path to Sustainability,” the locally produced documentary on the struggle to save the dunes and today’s efforts to restore its delicate ecological area, has been picked up by more than 55 Public Broadcasting Service stations across the country.

I had hoped to be able to purchase a copy of Shifting Sands to share with family members. I live in California, but grew up climbing Mt. Baldy and burning my feet on the beautiful white sand beaches. I caught the documentary by chance on my local PBS station and would love to see it reach other audiences. Thanks for your coverage.
