The Indiana Dunes area offers the beautiful contrast of rare plants growing in the shadow of smokestacks.
“Shifting Sands: On the Path to Sustainability,” captures that dichotomy. The 60-minute film will be shown free on June 18 in the Indiana Dunes State Park on Lake Michigan’s southern shore, where “stunning natural beauty collides with heavy industry like nowhere else in the country.”
